smallish update, adding portrait cards for minnow, truck freak and gangleshanks, fixing a few continuity issues, and taking us to the very beginning of kickflip and gangleshanks' introduction. current build ends in an infinite loop -- a proper update that closes that loop should come soon, and will likely bring sootstain and kickflip's cards with it.
